I ordered two of the Zinwell converter boxes as did my sister. Of those 4 boxes only 1 was functional. Two of the boxes would not even turn on. No power light whatsoever. One turned on after trying every adapter and then only after a few tries. It's almost as if it had to warm up and even then the menu screen never came up. The one that did work was ok as far as set up but not completely user friendly. It's a good thing we didn't have to pay for them because of the coupon redemption.
